California Skateparks just got a nice job. Similar layout to what is proposed for Chelsea Piers. Looking at a Sept. '09 eta.

I saw a photo or two verifying that work has been happening over here! So psyched on this project... What's the timeline now that ground has been broken?

the almost fullpipe vert trench is ambitious as hell for NY!! Looks super sick though the bowl needs less flat and or some waterfalls...

The fullpipe thing is not there but the flow bowl and pool look awesome. This park will shake up the skate scene on Long Island for sure. Now maybe the other towns will see what real skateparks look like.
