Quebradillas, Puerto Rico

The town is Quebradillas. It is on the north side of the island of Puerto Rico in the Caribbean. It is about a half hour drive east of the other project PTR completed in PR, Aguadilla, or an hour and a half drive west from San Juan.
This is a rebuild of an older wood and steel skatepark that was in disarray.
