Yes. Check out the attachment. This is the letter the JAWS skatepark association used to fund the skatepark in New Braunfels.

I have an example from Skate Park of San Marcos Action Committee. Note that the format, in my opinion, could be improved (perhaps shorter paragraphs, double space, etc., so that it doesn't look like it's going to take so long to read through). Carter's example has a bit more visual appeal.
